General Information
- Refunds (less a $100 cancellation fee) on cancellations up to 30 days in advance of the reservation date.
- Cancellations with less than 30 days notice prior to the Sea-Doo rental period are non-refundable.
- No refund is given due to weather conditions (rain, high winds, etc.) at the time of or during a rental period. H2O Rentals cannot be held responsible for weather conditions or weather condition issues.
- All rates are in Canadian Dollars.
- GST tax of 5%, and gas are not included in rental rates.
- All reservations require deposit.
- Responsibility to check correct dates rests on the renter.
- In the case of mechanical damage that might make the availability of a rental impossible, H2O Rentals reserves the right to switch your unit to another comparable one. If unable to switch then H2O Rentals has the right to cancel without liability and will refund 100% of the deposit.
- H2O Rentals requires that all drivers have a valid Pleasure Boat Operators Card.
- Any lost or stolen safety equipment will be replaced by the renter at current replacement prices. This amount will be immediately charged to the credit card on file.
- All renters must abide by all laws and regulations according to the Ontario Provincial Police; failure to do so could result in charges being laid against credit card holder.
Units:
- We use 100% BRP Sea-Doo's and all fleet is kept current. Please call for specifications on particular units' availability.
- All C.S.A lifejackets are provided along with all required safety equipment as per Canadian Coast Guard requirements.
